The Splashpad located at Basecamp has been opened for the 2022 season. The hours that the Splashpad will be operational are from 9:00am to 9:00pm. With the extended hours with the Splashpad we will also be updating our bathroom hours at Basecamp from 7:00am to 9:30pm.
Waste Connection routes delayed Thursday and Friday, February 23 and 24. Thursday routes will be picked up Friday and Friday routes will be picked up Saturday. Recycle will be picked up on the next scheduled route day.

The District is working together with the Chain Bombers supported by Innova Discs to host a charity toy drive. The district is spot treating fire ant mounds throughout BB Owen Park as we are finding them around the trails.
Splashpad Seasonal Closure The Splashpad located at Basecamp will be closed starting on 11/2/21 for the season. We are looking forward to reopening next year as the weather starts to warm up. CR 206 Road Closure Starting Aug 2nd, 2021 CR 206 will be closed for through traffic for at least 60 days. Please see the attached map for the detour.
Even with all of the precautions the Board took, Base Camp facilities have suffered damages by the recent freezing temperatures. The bathrooms will remain closed until repairs can be completed
Waste Connections is anticipating extra volume and has planned accordingly. Residents should place extra bags of trash next to their carts when they put them at the curb.
