Splashpad Seasonal Closure The Splashpad located at Basecamp will be closed starting on 11/2/21 for the season. We are looking forward to reopening next year as the weather starts to warm up. Dog Park Closing Early The Old Joe Dog Park located in BB Owen Park will be closing at 4:00 pm on 11/2/2021 to treat for fire ants and other bugs in the park. [...]

CR 206 Road Closure Starting Aug 2nd, 2021 CR 206 will be closed for through traffic for at least 60 days. Please see the attached map for the detour.
Even with all of the precautions the Board took, Base Camp facilities have suffered damages by the recent freezing temperatures. The bathrooms will remain closed until repairs can be completed
Waste Connections is anticipating extra volume and has planned accordingly. Residents should place extra bags of trash next to their carts when they put them at the curb. With warmer temperatures and sunshine we are seeing improved roads across our area. The trash operator has implemented the plan for limited roll-off and commercial service at critical locations. While primary and secondary roads have improved the operator is experiencing some issues with slippery surfaces at multi-family complexes and commercial areas. Road conditions this morning remain poor but the trash operator anticipates some melting of ice and snow with warmer temperatures forecasted tomorrow and through the weekend.
